The issue may arise:

 

  • when you start content playback
  • during content playback

 

If the problem occurred when you wanted to start the content:

 

  1. Read specifications for your device to make sure it that the content format meets the requirements of SmartLabs. See the question How can I get the content ready for broadcasting?
  2. Analyze the video server log to make sure that the servers receives requests from the client application.

 

If the problem occurred during content playback:

 

  1. Check network connectivity and bandwidth.
  2. Analyze the video server log to make sure that the servers receives requests from the client application.
  3. Check the client application's log for errors.
