Rostelecom and SmartLabs launch IPTV Russia-wide

On May 14, at the Sviaz-Expocomm-2012 tradeshow, Rostelecom announced the launch of its unified IPTV service throughout Russia. The solution enabling provision of such a global service was implemented by SmartLabs.

Rostelecom has chosen SmartLabs STBs to provide its customers with digital interactive television services.

The company has announced completion of the integration process involving multi-vendor set-top boxes.

Company is going to participate in the IPTV World Forum 2012 international exhibition to be held 20-22 March in London, UK.
