Smartlabs Launches a Knowledge Base to Provide More Support to Operators


Smartlabs to launch a brand new Knowledge Base portal providing a single entry point to all the technical documentation created by Smartlabs.
Now you don’t need to search for the right document in the heap of standalone PDFs and try to find the data you need in it. With convenient navigation spanning across the portal and a fast search, you can access required documentation in no time.

Every customer will have full access to general sections of Knowledge Base and to a protected area with the content related only to this particular user, like release notes, links to software release docs, personalised how-to articles, etc. On top of that, hints to controls of Smartlabs solutions admin consoles will be linked to a detailed feature description presented in the documentation.
Within a few months, the portal will be actively filled with new materials and features, including marketing creatives and feedback tools.
