Smartlabs upgrades Wiltel’s PLAYME OTT service in Argentina with advanced CDN and analytics solutions

We are excited to announce the continued growth of our engagement with Argentinian telecom operator Wiltel. Following the successful deployment of  the award winning SmartTUBE Ultra multiscreen solution and the upgrade of the PLAYME video service, we have now implemented a SmartMEDIA CDN extension and SmartCARE for service quality analysis and reporting.

Both solutions are integrated with the cloud service management platform from Smartlabs, which powers PLAYME’s service and provides Wiltel with a solid foundation for scalable services.

By leveraging these advanced solutions from Smartlabs, Wiltel has taken proactive steps to understand and improve the quality of service delivered to all PLAYME customers across their expanded service area and they are now better equipped for ongoing service expansion.
